me parece que nos regalaron nota. Segun este indice estamos dos puestos mejor que Brasil y como 80 mejor que mexico. Ademas , entre el 2007 y el 2010 mejoramos 30 puestos?
Me parece que estos reporteros sin fronteras estan mirando mucho 6,7,8.
