Arrancó en 1987 y recién le pusieron la piel de vidrio en 2011, 28 años después. Todavía no tiene fecha cierta de inauguración.
(BTW, el Empire State se construyó y habilitó en 410 días)

No hay duda de que los líderes norcoreanos tienen mentalidad de insectos. Ese edificio parece alguna clase de colmena o un corte transversal de un termitero...
