La mano de USA

ISRAEL's government has approved a plan to impose a tax on roasted pistachios, to deter covert imports from Iran.
The tax, which was given the green light by the Knesset Finance Committee, will be 23%, or not less than NIS3.5 (US$0.93) per kg.
Most of the roasted pistachios in Israel come from Iran via Turkey, even though it is illegal to import from Iran.
